Our method
We inject a synthetic aquareactive, water-expanding type of monocomposite resin which expands from 700 to 1300% of initial volume, during a maximum period of 6 hours. Harmless to the environment, this product is non-toxic, contains no solvents, is odorless, and bonds firmly and permanently to the inner sides of fissures and stops the corrosion within the fissure. This product can be applied at any temperature.
Our injection system allows our specialized technicians to apply a varying pressure from 1lb to 5000 lbs. (Depending on the need), which assures that our product penetrates horizontally and vertically and even reaches inside any mini-fissures from the main one.
To date, we have used this process to seal tunnels where there had been water infiltration from rivers; for floors and walls of parkings (without the use of expensive membranes); to stop water penetration on the contour of drains and pipes; and to make expansion joints completely water-tight.
